New Google Map
New Google Map.
Here is a screen shot of new google map. I took this one myself. The "A" location is Burnaby.
It really reminds me of my childhood and the "Gameboy" years.

Delivering Good Customer Service on the Web
Online business exist on a visual environment which cannot be physically touched or feel. It is difficult to deliver good customer, since there is no instant reply for most of the company websites. Then how can we bring the visual business to live?
1. Develop relationship and Communicate
Every transaction start with trust. In order to make the cold screen feels warm and and alive is to engage the customer when they have questions. Services provider should reply the email or social media site post with in a real, personal way. The success is reply the postings in a casual manner rather than straight business talking. It will scary away your customers.
2. Help Them with Services that You Do Not Provide
Sometime, referring or suggesting our clients to other trusted vender can increase your reputation. It shows the customer that you are a valued business resource and a trusted adviser. Helping your customer also delivers extra value and build trust in the long run.
3. Picking Up the Phone
Communication is the key to successful business. If you can decrease the gap between you and your customer, the chance is that they will trust and use your service or product. Answering the phone or calling your customer is a good way to build trust. Don't limit yourself on the flat screen!
4. Personal Thank You Cards
After each business, it is a good idea to send a thank you card. The purpose is to remind the customer to use your service again in the future. If the customer or client is very important, it might worth extra time and money to send a hand written thank you card by mail, not email to the customer. It once again delivers the personal feeling to the customer.
